Book Reviews!We have read lots of books, but here are some of our favourite ones... Artemis Fowl by Eoin ColferThis is a really great book. It is about a 13 year old boy called Artemis Fowl who is really clever. He is trying to find out about a secret hi-tech fairy world and will stop at nothing to get what he wants - even fairy-napping! This book is a really great adventure, with lots of surprises. I can't wait to read the next book! Goosebumps: The Werewolf of Fever Swamp by R.L.StineI have read a few of the Goosebumps books and this is not my favourite one, but it is good. It is about a boy called Grady who has a dog. There are lots of scary things happening where they live and they are blamed on the dog. Grady has to prove his dog is innocent. The story is scary right from the beginning and I like that. Revolting Rhymes by Roald DahlI think this book is brilliant! There are lots of fairy tales that have been re-written to be funny and rhyme. Some of the pictures are horrible - but in a good way! I think everyone should read this book. |
